Gift Giving for That Special Someone!

This year I'm making the effort to buy as many handmade gifts as I can for my loved ones! I don't have to worry about lead paint or any of the other horrors the media has been telling us lately. And it's such a warm feeling to support such talented artists out there! I would love to tell you exactly what I bought, but I know my loved ones read my blog and I don't want to spoil the surprise. My fave place to shop this year is etsy.com. Artists galore! It's like going to the coolest craft show on the planet in my PJ's and without burning increasingly expensive gas.

One of the lovely ladies out there in blogland is hosting a Holiday Gift guide. Take a peek at Becky Schulte's blog: Just Bee and Me. She has culled some of the most wonderful artists out there and gives you links directly to their etsy and ebay shops.

So take a gander at Becky's site or cruise directly over to etsy and ebay and find your own artists making "handmade goodness." You might find the perfect gift for your loved ones, and you didn't have to get out of your PJ's to do so!
