Happy Birthday Decoration!

In my stash of vintage goodies was a Little Golden Book "Happy Birthday" cover. Today I made it into a very Happy Birthday wreath/decoration!

Lots of vintage plastic cake candle holders and flowers make a cherry decoraiton to hang for your birthday boy or girl! Now in Dime Store Chic!
