Health Tex Clothes

Hello, My Friends!~~

When I was in my teen years, my younger brothers wore Health Tex clothes. I was a little too old for them, but I remember those coloful "Brady Bunch" style pants with each pant leg a different color, and the swish swish of couduroy. I found this fun vintage 1975 book by Health Tex recently and am in love with the vintage fashion illustrations of these great children's seventies clothes!

I love the stripes and different color pant legs on these boys!  I know my brothers had these exact pants! This cute book and other vintage goodies are now available in Dime Store Chic!

Is Valentine's Day Really Only 6 Weeks Away?

Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and look forward to what 2015 will offer!

After a quick glance at my new calendar, I saw that Valnetine's Day is only 6 weeks away! Time to pull out from my stash all of the goodies to make dime store inspired decorations for that holiday of love!

I have just listed some garlands made from my stash of vintage Valentines! They are currently in Dime Store Chic as well a batch of new recent estate sale finds!
